No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells! This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Or better yet, bring the family's favorite DVD along and stretch out on the sofa to watch a good movie on the mounted flatscreen TV! Allow yourself to be swept away by the breathtaking views of the ocean and feel the refreshing sea breeze as you unwind on the open-air balcony just off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! Gather the family around the dining table with seating for six. If you need additional seating, there are breakfast bar stools available, so everyone can join in on the fun! When it's time for lights out, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of. The primary room has an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower, the first guest room has two twin beds and a TV and DVD player, ideal for the kids, and the second guest room has a queen bed, a TV and Blu-ray player, and an en-suite half-bath. Don't forget to say goodnight on the private oceanfront balcony! The private laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is located in the front screened-in foyer, so you can keep everyone looking their best during your stay. The free WIFI makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media accounts. We love Dunescape for the amenities, location and conveniences and have been many times. This condo in particular has been freshly renovated (no old carpets, brand new couch) and was a pleasant surprise, better than the listing! Can’t wait to come back!

The Dunescape Villa we rented was a nice size for our family of 4, with awesome views of the ocean and easy access to the beach ⛱️. We left the sliding glass door open and closed the screen and loved the sound of the waves crashing on the shore all the time. The elevator was definitely a lifesaver too because of all the stuff we had to get to/from the condo.

The condo was nice, clean, and has a great ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV in the living room has streaming and the Spectrum app, which has all of the live cable channels. There are also TVs in every bedroom, which is nice when everyone wants to watch something different after settling in for the night.

We had a great stay. Loved the Dunescape Villas - great location right on the beach with easy access to the ocean, the pool, close to everything in Atlantic Beach. Everything was just as we expected. Easy checkin and out. Would stay here again.

Very well equipped only thing missing was a hair dryer. The condo was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. And of course the ocean view!!

We have always loved staying at Dunescape and this year’s condo was no different. Clean, well stocked, plenty of room for everyone to spread out or to hang out together, great views of the ocean, smart TV to watch your own shows at night after spending a day in the ocean and on the beach, and of course, always getting our nightly scoop of AB ice cream down the street. We have made many wonderful memories over the years at Dunescape and stayed in many different condos, and they have always been great- this year was no different. 100% recommend this location!

As always, one of my favorite family vacation spots. All of the amenities there to enjoy at a reasonable cost. Pool is kept very clean and nice, the ocean is right there and nice little dock and restaurant down the way.

Easy access to beach and pool. Anything you could want is within a short distance. Plenty of historic sites to visit and all you need to relax too. Clean and well stocked. Only complaint is it not being ready by the promised 4pm checkin due to cleaning staff shortage, which is not the owners fault.
