This completely renovated, second-floor oceanfront condo features excellent ocean, beach, and pool views! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite half bath. In the living room, you'll find a large flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a sleeper sofa. The screened-in balcony off the living room will make for a lovely setting for entertaining your guests. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath in the hall, a private washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Dunescape Villas community amenities include four oceanfront pools, elevators, and access to Bogue Sound. Things to Know Free WiFi Please note that all pools are seasonal

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It's a great place. Loved the views and convenience to ocean. Kitchen had everything except reg. coffee maker ( had Keurig). Vacasa sent someone out within 1 hr with brand new coffee maker.

The view of the ocean was great, the bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and we loved the kitchen!

The unit was cleaned and well maintained. Everything worked. This unit over looks the pool. We were happy to have an elevator. We enjoyed the screened in porch off the living area and the porch off the bedroom. The small screened front area is handy for beach stuff and we used the w/d off that area.

The unit is newly renovated and lovely ~ the beach beautiful for late December. Vacasa was a pleasure to work with. The elevator was not working during our stay making the unloading process miserable. We also had to tell a family member not to join its for NYE dinner as she would never be able to navigate the stairs. This is not a reflection on the owner or the agency but I will be cautious about renting in buildings with this layout going forward.

Loved the cute artwork throughout the condo. The furniture was comfy and kitchen adequate for meal prep. Courtesy trash can liners, dishwash, laundry, paper products were a pleasant addition. WiFi and TV’s all worked properly. Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Incident where my husband fainted resulted with a hole in the wall was handled calmly and with concern. The condo was the perfect place for us to stay in the offseason for a visit with our daughter that lives nearby.

This was a great condo! We’ll stocked, plenty of room, and just the right amount of wine glasses 🍷😁. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching and listening to the ocean. The folks at Vacasa were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back!!

We love this condo! 4 years renting Remodeled with new appliances/bathrooms, great bedrooms, ocean view is the best, convenient pool access. Im bragging cause i love this condo.

I absolutely love this condo. The decor is perfection. The updates are amazing. It’s really a great place. Great deck furniture. The deck door is a little hard to open and the master bedroom is much hotter than any other room but it’s worth the home away from home feel. Stayed here twice already!

Loved that everything was new! Great showers, floors, kitchen was really nice. Ceiling fans in every bedroom. The view of the ocean was awesome. Great collection of dvds under the tv too! Also, the condo was super clean when we arrived. Dishwasher detergent was provided. And there is a little room before entering the condo to leave your beach chairs and shoes. We really loved our stay. I wish we stayed a few more days.

We have stayed in this complex in the past, so happy to be back. Great beach location - beautiful view (though off season is pretty cool). Kitchen was new and well equipped. Bathrooms were updated - nice hot showers (but no blow dryers). We were just 2 but a great spot for a larger family. Thanks for the stay.

We had the best beach week in this Dunescape Condo. Remodeled across the entire condo: flooring, crown molding, fresh paint, updated, upgraded, Updated bathrooms, showers, kitchen. The view at the ocean is 100. Note: Dunescape has renters park on blacktop only. No parking under condo. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
