Make your next family vacation a memorable one in this lovely, oceanfront condo on the first floor of Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the community's outdoor swimming pool as the kids frolic in the water. Or, follow the walkway to the beautiful, white-sand beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, and collect seashells. This nicely furnished condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities of a great vacation. Use the elevator and luggage carts for easy access and be greeted by a comfortable living room that's great for cooling down and watching TV after a sunny day spent on the beach. Allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean on the screened-in balcony just off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget the courtyard has grills if you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. At mealtime, gather the family around the four-person dining table; if you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everyone can join in on the fun. When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. After the kids have washed away the beach in the conveniently located hall bath, you can tuck them into the bunk bed. This room also offers the convenience of a TV. The second bedroom has a TV and a private half-bath. As for the primary bedroom, you'll find a TV, a private bath with a shower stall, and a private oceanfront balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer in the front screened foyer. Enjoyed a week with some family members here. The condo was very well-stocked, clean, and had easy access to the pool and the beach. We will definitely try to rent this unit again next Spring.

Went to recuperate after hospitalization for 5 spinal fractures. Very quiet and restful. Great location with easy access to many amenities. Kitchen very well stocked so cooking isn't an issue. If you have to contact staff they will be pleasant and professional. Hated to leave after our week was done.

Comfortable clean vacation space. We have stayed in 113 before and chose to book it again. There was a cable TV outage and Vacasa staff was immediately responsive when we called them. The support from Vacasa was impressive. It turned out to be a Spectrum issue which was corrected by Spectrum in a timely manner. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation

We rented this unit because of the two king beds which was hard to find in this complex. This is an end unit that has extra windows that makes the unit feel bigger. The kitchen was well stocked for us but we don’t do a lot of cooking. After all this was our vacation. The only complaint my husband had was there was no recliner. I was happy about that🤣. We definitely would stay here again. Dunescape is the perfect place to stay at the beach. There are pools for every building and the beach accesses are easy to navigate.

We love the location of this condo. It is easy to access the pool and the beach. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook and make meals. Plenty of glassware, plates and silverware. Beds are comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. Great place for a week at the beach.

This unit is always maintained extremely well and if any issue they are resolved immediately. We keep coming back every year because how well owner maintains this unit and service from Atlantic Brach Realty/ Vacasa
