Make your next family vacation a memorable one in this lovely, oceanfront condo on the first floor of Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the community's outdoor swimming pool as the kids frolic in the water. Or, follow the walkway to the beautiful, white-sand beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, and collect seashells. This nicely furnished condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities of a great vacation. Use the elevator and luggage carts for easy access and be greeted by a comfortable living room that's great for cooling down and watching TV (with an HDTV cable package) after a sunny day spent on the beach. Allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean as you kick back in a rocking chair on the screened-in balcony just off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances and new granite countertops, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget the courtyard has grills if you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. At mealtime, gather the family around the six-person dining table; if you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everyone can join in on the fun. When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. After the kids have washed away the beach in the conveniently located hall bath, you can tuck them into the two twin beds. This room also offers the convenience of a TV and a private half-bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. As for the primary bedroom, you'll find a king bed, a TV, a private bath with a shower stall, and a private oceanfront balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer in the front screened foyer.

The place is centrally located with a clear view of the pool but without a lot of noise from people at the pool or from the unit above us (well Insulated!) A few steps to the beach that had several outdoor showers to clean off in. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had any amenity we needed. The master bedroom mattress is firm which my husband loved, but I prefer softer. AC worked great and there is Roku set up on every TV. Perfect spot for our family of 4! Ice maker didn't work, but I'm sure it was user error on my part. I did not call about that because getting a bag of ice was easy. I'm sure they would have told me how to use it! We just got a bag of ice and that was fine for us. Due to the carpets, I would have loved a vacuum cleaner for when the kids inadvertently tracked in sand. Would absolutely book again, check in and check out was seamless. Great property and excellent location!

We loved this condo and it’s location right on the beach! It was very spacious with three good-sized bedrooms, complete with ample closet space and dressers and 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen had all of the equipment and counter space needed to prepare meals, as well as a good-sized table for 6 people. The view from the living room and screened-in deck is breathtaking, even though the unit is on the first floor! It only takes about 5 minutes to walk onto the beach!

We had a great experience at this condo. It is updated, very well organized and clean. All bedrooms have TVs, the kitchen was very organized and well stocked. Overall very happy with it.

It was easy to find and access. They have a bell hop cart and elevator at the building that made bring luggage up easy. The unit itself was nice and spacious and even had chairs for the beach! It was a short walk over the dunes to get to a beautiful sandy beach that the kids loved picking seashells from. Will definitely look at coming back!

We love the convenience of the beach and pool! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets enjoyed. Kitchen was well stocked, but a vacuum would be a great addition for guests to keep the condo tidy during the week!

Our stay with great grandparents and the newest member was awesome. The condo o c erlooked the ocean and the sound of crashing wave created a very memorable holiday.

Beautiful and comfortable condo oceanfront. Love that the beds were made, towels provided as well as soaps and shampoos. Excellent location, laundry and easy check in/check out. Will definitely come back to this property whenever I can.
