When it comes to the perfect beach cottage, no other retreat can beat Atlantic Coast Cottage! This retreat has been newly renovated with all new kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, and vanities. You will enjoy the two spacious decks, a second row view of the ocean from the ocean side deck and a town view from the front deck. There is a rinse off shower and a fish cleaning station. Sunshine or shade: You'll find a cozy and comfortable spot to 'drink in' the breezes, the sunshine, the peace, and the comfort of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Inside, this marvelous cottage offers a cozy open floor plan with an inviting living area with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, a dining table, and a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Downstairs, you will find a separate level that acts as a guest suite for greater relaxation and privacy. There is plenty of light, a cozy eating area, a sink, a comfortable bed, a TV, and a washer/dryer to refresh your beach clothes.

This house is extremely close to 2 public beach access points and only right across the street from the beach. Highly recommend staying here. Lovely and quiet place.

Wow says it all. Very clean house. I stayed here with my sisters ,6 of us. We loved it. Although the weather was expected to have high chances of rain, we ended having great weather. We enjoyed our very short walk to the beach, and the deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. We met some neighbors who said our laughing did not bother them! It really was everything we wanted. Thank you.

Loved the house and location to the beach. Shower in upstairs bath has no water pressure. We used the shower downstairs much, much better

Was a very nice rental, price was right and location was everything. Could use some attention but nothing that would keep from renting space again.

You’re looking for a great place with two separate areas to stay look no further. This place has everything you will need from a place to cook to a place to do laundry great ocean view cold AC and plenty of parking. Definitely would come back.

This home was amazing! It had everything our family of 4 needed with additional room for others. It was conveniently located to the grocery store, shopping, restaurants (fast food and others), and the park. The most amazing feature was it being to close to the beach access. It was quite literally 50 feet away from the home. You could also sit out on the deck and enjoy the ocean view anytime. We will definitely be returning next year!

The cottage was super cute! We loved it. So close to the beach. The refrigerator was a little loud but it worked fine. We will be back! Thank you for making our 30th wedding anniversary so special!

We really liked the location. The home was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. The check in process was the only thing that was not so fun. We had to go to the rental office to get a check in packet that had keys and I was glad they gave us keys, because the code to the door was like 12 digits and it did not work when I tried it. So we just used the key the entire time we stayed there. But it is a very nice place, close to everything.

Having the split level home was fabulous for my teenage girl to have some independence and me some peace and quiet. The best porch with an ocean view for coffee in the AM. Would stay here again 100%!

Cottage is exactly how described and pictured in posting. Location was wonderful for shops, food, and the beach! Very short walk to beach access.

The home was clean and easily accessible. Very close to beach access where we could go to fish the surf. All in all it felt like home and we all agreed to plan on coming back in years to come and continue the family tradition of fishing as we were taught. Very welcoming to say it myself. I aim to book this home and comeback many many more times in the future not to mention we had a budget that the home fit it greatly as well. From the looks of inside the home I wouldve sworn it was gonna cost way more to book. To the owner of the home great job on it and thank you for sharing your home with my brothers my son and myself

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage in Atlantic Beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, we had a nice ocean view from the deck, and the beach was a very short walk away! We were also close to plenty of amenities. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at the house! Beautifully remodeled, AC works very well, decks are great for sitting and drinking your coffee or a nice adult beverage 😉 and watching the ocean! Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook, if you wish. Only thing missing was a toaster-but the oven works just as good.😊 I would definitely stay again!! Neighbors are really nice too!!
