This home is located just a short jaunt to the beach where you can soak in the sun, build your favorite sandcastle, ride the waves, or all of the above! This cozy, little cottage makes for the perfect getaway. Pack up your suitcase, your smile, and don't forget to bring along the two family dogs! This two-bedroom, single-bath beach cottage includes a fenced-in backyard, perfect for kids and pets. Your primary bedroom offers a peaceful night's sleep with a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen Roku TV. The second bedroom provides two twins with a ceiling fan. Your bathroom offers a shower stall where you can soak in the steam and wash away all your worries. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the cozy kitchen/dining area. Or relax on the sofa in front of the flatscreen TV. The free WiFi will ensure everyone stays connected and happy, and you can upload your favorite memories to your social media or research a fun new outdoor adventure to try out tomorrow! Quaint, lovey home that offers the comforts of being close to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. Loved the fenced in yard for our grand dog. The only thing I missed was a washer and dryer, but it is nothing that will keep me from returning. Loved our vacation!

This isn’t a fancy spot, but it’s priced very reasonably, comfortable, and a two minute walk to the beach. The only thing we really missed is a washer and dryer.

We loved staying here. It was a girl’s trip to visit some family who live nearby with me, my mother and our (female) dog. This house was so cute, and the perfect size for us. I loved that we could hear the ocean right when we walked outside. Our pup loved it to, especially the spacious, fenced in backyard. Since we used to live in the area (a long time ago) and have family who live in nearby cities, I definitely would consider renting this place out again. A little note to those who plan on staying though: WATCH THE SMART LOCK VIDEO. It will save you a good deal of time fiddling with the lock.

Location awesome , very close to beach , pier, restaurants and shops. Dog friendly even had bowls for him . Yard perfect for him to run. Owners decor was beachy and comfy . First time didn’t need to buy a kitchen utensil. They thought of everything. A grill in back also. Maybe a mop in case need was all I can think of otherwise great! Vacasa staff very friendly. Perfect for a couple or small family. Just walk to the stop sign, make a right, and head up a bit for a very quick, easy walk to the beach access. Nice, big fridge, but I have suggested adding a slim pantry, possibly next to fridge, to keep dry goods/groceries for the week. Love the adirondack chairs on the front porch and sitting with my AM coffee. I would like to rent both A/B Units together in the future and bring the whole family. And the dogs!

Place was clean; kitchen was well-stocked; beds were comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a big bonus and the main reason we chose it. We loved having that area for our pup.

We enjoyed that the home is on a quiet street and is just two blocks from the beach. It has a fenced in yard for our dog.

My husband and I celebrate our anniversary February 9th. The beach is his favorite place. Toes in the Sand was perfect and location convenient to activities like the Aquarium and Fort Macon and lots of good eating places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Price good!

We had an older dog that could not do steps and this place was perfect for him. He could get in and out, easily go to the fenced in area, and walk with us to the beach. Our younger dog loved having a back yard and being on the beach. My husband I were able to relax without worrying about the dogs. Will be returning to Atlantic beach and hope this is available.

This property was super clean and in a very quiet area. Only complaints we have were the wifi strength & tv service. We would return again!
