The house was nice with plenty of space. Everyone needs to know that there is no elevation and plenty of steps. There are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, but only 2 parking spaces. After March parking can be expensive. Good location. Clean home. No problem with Wifi. Would rent again.

We were in town for a wedding and this house worked well for us. Only 2 cars are allowed so be aware. There is parking across the street which is free only during the off season. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a plus. The description that we got for amenities said it had a coffee pot but it was a Keurig so be aware. We loved our stay here and will hopefully return.

Check-in: 9-25-24 Check-out: 9-30-24 Purpose: Attend family wedding reception in Dunes Club; Note: This is same period as Hurricane Helene !!! Pros: 1. Directly facing Atlantic Ocean, lots of beach activities; 2. Lots of seating, inside and outside; 3. Kitchen utensils well stock for 10P; 4. Attached bathroom within each room (total 4); 5. Walking distance to restaurants, shops; 6. Street parking ample availability; 7. Very bright, roomy and airy ambience; Cons: 1. Parking on house steep slope, next to street corner, is very challenging; 2. Bath, face towels, paper towels and trash bags not enough stock up; 3. Uber is very difficult to book; Nice to have: 1. Outdoor gas grill; 2. Indoor kitchen air fryer; Maintenance: 1. AC evaporators need cleaning, dripping lots of water down on outside patio;

The home had plenty of room. It was on the beach and had a great view. Had everything we needed for cooking. Beds, couches, and chairs were very comfortable. Easy access to additional parking and restaurants.

We’ve been visiting Atlantic Beach for more than 40 years and have stayed in several beach front rentals. This house is now one of our favorites. It was a perfect rental for our family of 5 and grandparents. It is spacious and room layouts are great for giving teens/tweens their own space. My sole complaint is that two of the showers are very small, but all the amenities, space, beach access, and proximity to fun things more than makes up for that tiny inconvenience. Plus the master bath is plenty big for anyone who couldn’t make the other showers work. We will definitely be staying here again.

This worked great for our family of five for a brief beach weekend. The house is very clean and comfortable, and the process from booking to check-in to check-out was extremely smooth.

Despite a couple small hiccups upon arrival and being that it was Easter Sunday our issues were handled in a timely manner. Kuttos to Vacasas owner in Atlantic Beach!! Never was able to access the internet with multiple passwords. The home was in a great location, oceanfront & spacious for our family of 10. No real complaints here. Staff were super helpful & friendly! Loved that the home was a small walk to the ocean.
