Spend your vacation surfing, boogie boarding, and beachcombing at this two-story townhouse in the heart of Atlantic Beach, where the golden sand and crisp Atlantic waves are three short blocks away. This townhouse enjoys a prime location in Atlantic Beach, one block south of Fort Macon Road and its many shops, restaurants, and conveniences. Easily walk to the grocery store and boating and fishing charters, or hop on a bike for a quick ride to Fort Macon State Park (two miles east). Find the perfect spot to begin and end each day in the home's lovely outdoor spaces. In the mornings, sip your first cup of coffee on the spacious deck off the primary bedroom. Each afternoon, gather on the shaded patio for cold drinks, family card games, and a sunset dinner prepared on the gas grill. The interior living space is bright, polished, and centrally air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable respite after a day spent at the beach. Enjoy a breezy, eat-in kitchen and an inviting living room with plush seating and a smart TV. Both of the bedrooms are upstairs, each offering its own smart TV as well. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly.

The house was so comfortable and cozy to stay in! The outdoor spaces (patio/second floor balcony) were lovely and we spent a lot of time outside because of that! I loved my stay and would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful condo just 2 blocks from the beach with only a 2 minute walk. The owners had prepared a super helpful notebook of local attractions and restaurant menus which we referred to often. Highly recommend this condo and Vacasa!

Not disappointed! I loved this rental. Probably the best one I've ever stayed in. Super clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. A washer and dryer was available for use. The balcony was spacious. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Within walking distance of restaurants and other stores and also the beach.

This was a great place to stay for our family. Plenty room, walking distance to a lot of places especially the beach. However, tropical storm Debby kept us from doing that 🤪 but we would definitely book again and recommend.

It is almost heaven. We had everything needed in a kitchen. Wonderful deck both top and bottom, truly enjoyed the porch swing and gas grill. Close to everything. Will be back.

The home is in a great location as it is in close proximity to any activities you may want to persue, yet far enough away from the noise and busyness of being to close to the beach. The home had all the amenities you need.

Almost Heaven really was one of the nicest vacation condos we could have selected, and a real value. The place was very clean and cozy, with top of the line appliances plus everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were so comfortable. Only a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The owner even left puzzles and games, which our children enjoyed. We made great use of both decks. Also, close to several supermarkets which was handy. There were so many wonderful restaurants and cafes right on the island. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.
