Fort Macon State Park is just under four miles away and you can find a variety of local dining options, tackle shops, and fishing charter services within minutes of home. Make the most of the outdoors on the fully enclosed patio or on either of the two private decks. The upper sun deck makes a great spot to work on your tan, while the breezy lower deck provides a shady spot for afternoon cocktails. Lucky anglers can cook up the day's fresh catch on the private gas grill. An outdoor shower adds convenience during your stay. The living area welcomes casual family downtime after the day's adventures and the full kitchen comes well-appointed with everything you need to handle home cooking with ease. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

House is great. Plenty of room for six. Kitchen is roomy and just about everything you need is there. Stayed there two years ago and stairs to second floor seem to have been upgraded since then and are not so steep. Vacasa staff very nice and responsive.

Great location! You can easily walk to the beach. The house is such a cute place to relax. The kitchen is very nice if you plan to cook. We loved the outside area! It was perfect for hanging out together!

Really cute and clean! Close to local stores, and the beach. We were able to walk to the beach from the house. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. We saw in reviews that there were bugs but we didn’t see any and actually thought there were very few bugs sitting outside. The outside sitting area was perfect!

We loved the home it was perfect for our family of 5. Convenient walk to shops, restaurants and beach. The covered patio was our favorite spot in the evening. We look forward to booking this property in the future.

Had a nice stay. House was clean and prepped for our arrival. Vacasa was easy to deal with and had all information emailed before. No issues. Convienient location. Would stay again.

Just loved our long weekend at RG & Carole’s Place! PLENTY of space! Very clean! Obvious the owners are putting $$$ back into this vacation rental. New stove/oven and nicely updated. Outdoor shower a big plus. Love the covered deck and the upper level sun deck.

This place is great, we loved staying here! Has everything you could need: space to cook together, big dining table, lounge area, rooms & beds for a big group of family (or friends), private outdoor patios both downstairs and upstairs (to watch the sunset!). It's a super short walk to the beach (like 8 mins, which is awesome because you don't have to worry about parking), and has restaurants, bars, grocery, and coffee shops right nearby. A lot are 5 min walking distance. Will definitely be back with friends or family.

House very roomy and comfortable. Lower level easily accessible. Spacious kitchen and very nice outside deck area. Stairs to the upstairs a little steep towards the top and no bathroom. Still a great place to stay.
